"Dear Tony, I started wearing hair two years ago; I started out with a local establishment close to my home. The results were very unsatisfactory. I looked fairly good in the beginning but soon afterward the hair started to look very bad and the hair systems were virtually falling apart. Three months and several hundred dollars wasted! I started searching through the Yellow Pages and I was fortunate enough to meet Tony Rich. Tony spent several hours with me, explaining the many different options and more importantly how to take care of my hair so it lasts longer.
Even though he makes his money selling hair systems, he will share his in-depth knowledge to make the hair last. And, guess what? If you follow his advice, it will last. Not a week goes by when I do not get a compliment on how great my hair looks. I hunt, fish, swim, canoe, and make love with my hair on and it always looks great. And, my bank account looks a lot better too.
Tony is the most honest, caring man you will ever meet. He wants you to look good and he wants you to save money. The Anthony Rich Hair Replacement Factory gets my wholehearted recommendation for any man or woman who wants to look great and save money. "
Sincerely, R. R.
"Dear Tony: I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your assistance with getting my hair system. As you know, I was quite apprehensive about getting a hairpiece or even knowing which direction to take when I arrived at your studio. The time you spent going over all the options, care, advantages, and disadvantages helped me immensely in my decision of choosing a hair system.
Since I color my hair I had concerns about people being able to tell that I was wearing a piece if the color didn't match. I am pleased with the exactness of the color. You can't tell where the hair system ends and my hair begins. Friends and family say that if they didn't know I was wearing a hairpiece, they wouldn't be able to tell. That is the biggest concern I had--that people would be able to tell that I was wearing a hairpiece. Many people commented on my new hair style. They knew it was different and better, but not that I was wearing a hairpiece.
I appreciate the time that you and the stylist spent with me to get the proper cut and style that I could manage on my own at home. Although I would rather have my own hair, it is the next best option."
Sincerely, B.W.
"Dear Tony, I wanted to take this opportunity to offer you one huge "THANK YOU" for the generous support, exceptional service, and superb products that you offer. As you are well aware of the fact that the loss of my hair--which started around age 11--has been an area of great sensitivity for me. Reflecting on the vast number of used-car-salesmen-like vendors that I have dealt with prior to meeting you brings up much emotion. There is sadness and shame due to the scarring that remains on my head from ghastly hair transplants, great frustration towards the many callous indivduals who seek to take advantage of individuals who struggle with the grief of hair loss and the tremendous heart-felt gratitude for having finally found your and your super support staff.
The process of ordering a new hair system--the length, density, color, cut--can be such an overwhelming process for me given that I have no past experience of myself as an adult with a full head of hair; therefore, it's terribly difficult for me to know what style looks good on me and what considerations to avoid. I do not have the luxury of saying to a stylist, "That's all right. It its too short, it will grow back again." This, of course, makes the whole hair system selection process quite tedious and stressful for me.
Yet, despite my anxiety, you have been consistently patient and supportive, taking the time to educate me about the differences in hair system design, density, adhesives, care instructions, etc... Plus, the product quality of the hair system that you provided me has been truly exceptional! Lightweight and breathable. Bouyant and resilient. The best I have ever had and as natural as I would dare to hope for. Tony, I simply cannot say enough. I am wholly satisfied with each and every interaction we have had over the last couple of years and wouldn't dare to think of going elsewhere for my hair replacement needs. Please feel free to consider me one of your chief customer evangelists and know that I would be happy to offer support and camaraderie to any individual struggling with hair loss who may pass through your door."
With much gratitude & best wishes, A.R.
"Dear Tony, You and your associates have provided me with a terrific hair system and prompt service for taking care of it.
When I was diagnosed with breast cancer in September of 2005, I underwent surgery and was told that I would need to have chemotherapy and would lose my hair. So, within 3 weeks I needed to find a replacement for my hair. I used the Yellow Pages as my guide to locate providers of human hair replacement systems. After making several calls and not being satisfied, I finally dialed your number. You were so kind and spent so much time explaining all the different options available to me. I knew then that I would be coming to your salon for my hair replacement.
Your expertise as well as that of your associates helped me select the hair system that most closely resembled my hair and hair style. After many hours of trimming and styling by your stylist and even a return trip, I had a hair system that no one knew was a hair system! I have had so many compliments--from my relatives to my hospital caregivers--about how "natural" it looks.
I always feel good when I put it on and walk out the door. I recommend your business to anyone who asks. I am truly delighted with my hair system and your service.
Thank you for helping me through such a difficult period of my life."
Sincerely, C.F.
"Dear Tony, I have just returned from watercolor painting in the Lake District of England, followed by a beautiful bike tour through the incredible island of Sicily.
I must tell you how happy I have been with the hair replacement systems you have made me. It is a pleasure to forget that I am even wearing one. Now that I have several, I change them around, using the old ones for biking and sweating and the newer ones for evening wear.
I never have to worry that they will loosen up or come off, for you make them fit like a glove. I have even gone swimming in one. I have definitely gotten them wet, and after a quick wash and use of the dryer they come out just like regular hair.
In fact, the last two hair systems I have worn to go skiing, figure skating, biking and salsa dancing. Never do I have to worry about their coming off or looking more remarkable than a normal head of hair.
I thank you for your continual diligence in making my hair replacements what I want and need. You have always been more professional and caring about my particular condition of alopecia areata, and for that I am deeply appreciative."
Many Thanks, J.K.
"Dear Tony, At times of uncertainty many people, religious or not, resort to prayer to help them through. One well-known prayer that I have found myself repeating more often the past couple of years goes something like this:
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
Little did I know, this would mean the loss of my hair--a difficult thing for a woman at the age of 25 to accept; the most difficult, for me, being the lack of control. I went to specialists who only said, "There's no known cause and no known cure. It may come back, it may not". This was not much comfort especially coming from those that deemed themselves "specialists" in this area. Finally, I had to find some other answer. I began to accept the fact that I would have to wear a wig.
The courage to change the things I can,
As scary as it was, and with my mom by my side, I began to look into options. My search led me to your door where I was very hesitant to ring the doorbell. I was met by two very friendly and reassuring people. You both made it sound like it wasn't that bad. I could still lead a normal life doing all the things I wanted: pull my hair back into a pony tail to go for a run, go swimming, even go sky diving, if I chose! I could choose the color, the texture, the density, the length, and the cut. I could color it, wash it, curl it, and straighten it. All things I had control of--things that I could change.
And the wisdom to know the difference.
After working with you for the past several months, I am satisfied to say that I have made it through the hardest part with your help. I go through the days without thinking about my hair loss. I still have not accepted the thought that it may not grow back, but I know my life will not be limited if it doesn't. I receive compliments on my hair and I truly believe that people can't tell that it's not mine. I have a disease that is not life-threatening and it causes no physical pain. Many people are a lot worse off. I count my blessings and you are one of them. You will always be in my prayers."
Respectfully yours,
C.S.
